Kumano city in Mie Prefecture
Kumano city is not actually a city but a very small town. And I don’t believe there will be someone come here for sightseeing on purpose. I came here for staying just because it’s convenient for me to visit the Nachi fire festival the next day. But, am I saying that I don’t like this place or disappointed by it? No…not at all~

Kumano city is a very small town. Not to mention a hotel, I guess there is no more than 10 hostel nearby.
Since I was travelling by myself, in order to minimize my spendings, I live in a vintage hostel for that two nights: わがらん家(JPY¥3000 per night). It’s really cheap, isn’t? However, there is no bathroom in the hostel.
Yes, you didn’t get it wrong. I am saying there is no place for me to take a shower nor bath……
